Write to us
with the details.

We handle every project inquiry in writing. A well-structured first email lets us understand the situation quickly and reply with a considered technical response rather than a generic acknowledgment.

What to include

A useful first email.

The more of the following you can share, the more concrete our first reply will be.

  1. 01

    Project overview

A short description of what you want to build, improve, or replace, and why it matters to the business.

  2. 02

    Business objectives

The outcomes the project is intended to produce — operationally, commercially, or in terms of risk.

  3. 03

    Required technologies

Any technologies, platforms, or standards that must be used, and any that must be avoided.

  4. 04

    Current technical environment

Existing systems, data, integrations, and hosting arrangements the work will need to interact with.

  5. 05

    Expected scope

Rough size of the effort as you currently understand it, along with any hard deadlines or fixed milestones.

  6. 06

    Preferred communication format

How you would like to work with us — regular written updates, scheduled reviews, direct developer access, or a mix.

Response practice

Every inquiry receives a written reply from a senior member of the team.

If your message describes a defined project, we typically respond with an initial technical view, questions we need answered, and the shape of a possible engagement. If the request is exploratory, we say so and outline what a productive next conversation would cover.
